The ability to import questions from Google Sheets or CSV seems like an obvious feature, and I'm actually quite surprised that it's not included.

could you please add filter and search function to the Questions area, because sometimes dealing with large questionaires is a lot of pain when you try to deal with different paths and audiences inside one quiz funnel but adding it there also would be very helpful

I would like to include multiple pieces of audience-specific advice on a page of the report. Here's my use case: I have created a scorecard about how well positioned a person is to 'fuel' their career and I have five categories each with five questions. For each question that a respondent gives an answer that is not helping them fuel their career, I want to be able to give a tailored suggestion. This means in their report there could be up to five pieces of advice I would like to give for each category, and space permitting I would like these all to go on one page (or break onto a second page if necessary, depending on how long the tips are).

It would be very helpful to allow the import of Questions, Associated Category,Question Type and Points by excel. I realise this is a lot of fields but it would be far quicker to enter data and edit things if you could type everything in Excel and upload it. ChatGPT and I produced a large diagnostic the other day, and it then took hours to manually click it into Scoreapp. Even if Scoreapp adds is own AI creator, I think this functionality would be very useful.

We’d love the ability to split the lead form into two steps, collecting an email first (soft lead) at the start of the quiz, and then asking for the remaining details like name and phone number at the end. This approach is used by many quiz and form platforms and has a huge impact on conversion rates, users are more likely to share an email early, and even if they drop off later, we can still follow up and recover the lead. Right now it's only available before and after the quiz. It’s a small tweak but would massively improve lead quality and campaign performance.

It would be awesome to have a content library that could be reused across both results and pdfs. Right now, unless I'm missing something, the writeups that you do for a given category and tier on a result page need to be redone on the pdf. With a content library, you could define say "Cat A, Low Tier Detail" and then reference that like you reference other ScoreApp components (ex: cat score, cat name, etc). The key would be allowing this field to be rich text format and allowing that to carry over when used OR allow the format to be overridden. The override is a nice to have, MVP would be to include the formatting when using the object.

Expanding the PDF Reports builder so that it can be used for Audiences (ie. aggregated responses) would be incredible for highly tailored, bespoke groups to present collective results. An excellent use case would be a group coaching course, for example, where participants completed a Scorecard for their onboarding to set a baseline for the group’s current experience and/or expectations which could then be re-done by participants at the end of the course to see how participants felt they had progressed. There are multiple other use cases — enabling the Scorecard creator to apply the report builder to their audiences would super-charge the range of ways it can be applied!

We would love to be able to combine the data from multiple responses into a PDF report. For example, I am able to group responses based on email together in an "Audience," and would like to be able to have a PDF report based on that audience's results

Please can we get a native MailerLite integration to reduce steps and costs. Thank you!
