Ability to Customize Tier Scoring for Individual Questions

Having a lot of fun going through the platform so far, playing around, and learning. That being said, an issue I just ran into is in regards to the Score Tiers and the ability to change them.
I understand we can change the Score Tiers for the entire Card, however I think it would be beneficial to add the ability to be able to change how a Question/Answer is scored on an individual question by question basis.
The reason being, I am currently testing 'The Mental Health Review' template, and the scoring percentages with the colors for this specific genre of questioning don't really make sense.
For example, one of the categories is "Stress," in which a lower percentage (low stress) is actually GOOD, not bad.
However, because it falls in the "Low" scoring, it shows the color as "Red," which makes it look bad and kind of confusing (even though the text says a positive statement).
Yes, I could technically switch the colors in the main settings so that "Low = Green" and "High = Red", but then the same problem happens in other categories where a higher percentage is considered good.
I've provided screenshots to hopefully better explain what I mean.
Just thought it was something worth mentioning. Other than that, really loving the platform so far and excited to begin using it live! Thanks!

So AGREE with this. It's good to have multiple choice questions (tick all that apply) that slant both positively and negatively and the scoring can't cope with that at the moment.
